丙烯酸酯类聚合物在翡翠充填改性中的应用初探 被引量:4

摘要 选取低档翡翠原料为研究对象,通过酸洗碱洗破坏其结构,并用环氧树脂胶、丙烯酸酯类聚合物(浸胶、冻胶)对其进行充填固化处理,就处理后的宝石学特征及红外谱学特征进行研究与初步探讨。结果表明,翡翠酸洗充填处理前后其红外指纹谱峰均表征为硬玉矿物谱峰,材料充填改性未对其成分产生破坏。透射红外光谱显示翡翠充填改性前后由于处理温度较低,基本对翡翠内部的结构水没有破坏,充填后的翡翠与天然翡翠结构水峰基本一致。各类胶质物质的红外谱峰出现一定的差异,相较于传统环氧树脂胶充填的翡翠,丙烯酸酯类聚合物充填的翡翠缺失3100~3000 cm-1由不饱和碳原子ν(C—H)伸缩振动致红外吸收谱,2900 cm-1附近饱和碳原子ν(C—H)伸缩振动致红外吸收谱带吸收强度相对较强;冻胶充填翡翠外观特征与天然翡翠最为相近,但相对环境的要求较高,充填处理温度较低,耗时且成本最高,传统环氧树脂胶与浸胶处理后的翡翠外观特征与天然翡翠的相似度次之,但浸胶耗时最短,成本最低。 The low-grade jade were selected as the research object,the structure of jade was destroyed by acid pickling and alkali washing,and it was filled and solidified with epoxy resin,acrylic polymer(gumming and frozen jelly).The gemological and infrared spectroscopic characteristics of jade after treatment were studied and preliminarily discussed.The results showed that the infrared fingerprint peaks of jade before and after filling treatment were characterized as jadite mineral,and the composition of jade was not destroyed by filling modification.Transmission infrared spectroscopy showed that the structural water in jade was basically not destroyed due to the lower treatment temperature,the structural water peak of jadeite after filling was basically the same as that of natural jade.Compared with the jade which filled with traditional epoxy resin,the jade filled with acrylic polymer lacked 3100~3000 cm-1 infrared absorption spectra which were induced by the stretching vibration of unsaturated carbon atomν(C—H),and the intensity of infrared absorption band near 2900 cm-1 induced by stretching vibration of the saturated carbon atomν(C—H)was relatively strong.The appearance characteristics of jade filled with frozen jelly were the closest to that of natural jade,but the requirements of processing environment were higher,the filling treatment temperature was relatively low,the time-consuming and the cost were the highest.The similarity between the appearance characteristics of jade filled with traditional epoxy resin and gumming took second place,but the gumming time was the shortest and the cost was the lowest.
