摘要
为探究中空扭旋元件数目对换热管传热特性的影响规律,采用数值模拟方法对Re=200~1800范围内恒壁温条件下的管内传热进行了分析。研究结果表明:双中空扭旋元件换热管的Nu明显高于单中空扭旋元件换热管,但随着扭旋元件数目的继续增加,Nu变化并不明显;当中空扭旋元件数目增多时,换热管的f也随之增大;双中空扭旋元件换热管的PEC值明显好于其他换热管,所有中空扭旋元件换热管的PEC值均大于1。
In order to investigate the influence of the number of hollow twisted elements on the heat transfer characteristics of heat transfer tubes,the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the heat transfer in the tube under constant wall temperature in the range of Re=200~1800.The results showed that the Nu of the double hollow torsion element heat exchange tube was significantly higher than that of the single hollow twisted element heat exchange tube,but as the number of twisted elements continued to increase,the Nu change was not obvious;When the number of hollow twisted elements increased,the f of the heat exchange tube also increased;the PEC value of the heat exchange tube with the double hollow twisted elements was obviously better than that of the other heat exchange tubes,and the PEC values of all the heat exchange tubes with the hollow twisted element were greater than 1.
