摘要 为了研究恒速搅拌器不同配浆转速对水泥浆密度、流变、失水、自由液、强度、稠化等性能的影响,室内分别模拟了2000、4000、8000、12000 r·min-1等4个不同转速下的配浆速度,对水泥浆的各项常规性能进行了对比分析。室内研究结果表明:不同转速下配制的水泥浆密度、自由液、失水3项性能几乎无影响,但是流变、抗压强度、稠化时间有较大影响。因此,室内试验时,要注意配浆转速的选择。 In order to study the effect of different rotating speeds of constant speed agitator on the properties of cement slurry such as density,flow,water loss,free liquid,strength and thickening,and the conventional properties of cement slurry prepared at four different rotating speeds were compared and analyzed,including 2000,4000,8000 and 12000 r·min-1.The results of laboratory study showed that the rotating speed had little effect on the density,free liquid and water loss properties of cement slurry,but the rheology,compressive strength and thickening time were great affected by the rotating speed.Therefore,the selection of rotating speed should be paid attention to in slurry preparing.
