污水处理厂污泥减量化技术的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 介绍污水处理厂污泥的主要来源及性质,明确污水处理厂污泥减量化、无害化工作急需一套完整的处理体系,无论是在水处理环节,还是污泥处理环节,均应加大对污泥减量化技术的研究和落实。在污水处理过程中通过外加酶水解技术、机械处理技术、热处理技术、热化学水解技术、电处理技术等技术手段使得细胞破裂,释放细胞内物质,然后回流至活性污泥池,进一步降解细胞破裂产生的溶解产物,从而实现污泥减量。后污泥减量技术是在污泥产生后,通过污泥厌氧消化、污泥浓缩脱水、污泥干化、污泥焚烧等处理工艺,进一步降低污泥产生量及处置成本。通过各种污泥减量技术的比选,明确每种技术的优缺点,为其他污水处理厂污泥减量工作提供可借鉴意义。 The main sources and properties of sludge in sewage treatment plants were introduced,and it was pointed out that the reduction and harmlessness of sludge in sewage treatment plants urgently required a complete treatment system,whether in the water treatment link or the sludge treatment link.The research and implementation of sludge reduction technology should be increased.In the sewage treatment process,adding enzymatic hydrolysis technology,mechanical treatment technology,heat treatment technology,thermochemical hydrolysis technology,electric treatment technology and other technical means should be used to make the cell rupture,release the intracellular substance,and then return to the activated sludge tank to further degrade the cell rupture dissolved products to achieve sludge reduction.Post-sludge reduction technology is to further reduce the amount of produced sludge and the cost of disposal through treatment processes such as sludge anaerobic digestion,sludge thickening and dewatering,sludge drying,and sludge incineration.Through the comparison and selection of various sludge reduction technologies,the advantages and disadvantages of each technology have been clarified,which can provide reference for other sewage treatment plants’sludge reduction work.
