摘要
1938年4月,在以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人领导下,在延安成立第一所革命文艺院校——鲁迅艺术学院,该院坚持以人民为中心,以文艺为武器服务于抗战,培养抗战文艺干部,提高抗战艺术水平,创作、表演具有爱国情感、坚定理想信念的大量文艺作品,并孕育了“鲁艺精神”。鲁艺精神具有丰富的实践内涵,包括以爱国主义为核心的民族精神、以马克思主义为指导的理想信念、以人民为中心的服务精神、以艰苦奋斗为风向的优良作风,是文艺人才精神特质的集中体现,其内涵和实质是对文艺人才进行思想政治教育的重要资源,也是对高等院校思想政治教育内容的充实和完善,在筑牢新时代大学生信仰之基、提振奋斗精神和提高艺术创作质量方面发挥着重要作用。中国特色社会主义进入新时代“,两个百年”历史交汇“,两个大局”相互交织,多元文化使得意识形态领域的斗争更为严峻复杂,高等院校尤其高等艺术院校大学生受学科特点、艺术类招考的特殊性、成长环境等多方面因素的影响,对其加强思想政治教育显得尤为重要。因此,将鲁艺精神融入高等院校思想政治教育中,以培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人为着眼点,坚持用鲁艺精神引导人、教育人和培养人。通过强化教育引导,切实把鲁艺精神贯穿大学生思想政治教育各方面,融入思想政治教育的全过程,使其真正内化于心、外化于行;坚持与时代同步伐,创作艺术精品服务于人民,用明德引领风尚,让鲁艺精神在推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程中放射出时代光芒。
In April 1938,under the leadership of the Communists represented by Mao Zedong,the first revolutionary literary and art academy,Lu Xun Art Institute,was established in Yan’an to serve the War of Resistance.From that time on,Lu Xun Art Institute adhered to the people-centered and used literature and art as a weapon to serve the War of Resistance,to cultivate literary and artistic cadres of the War of Resistance and improve the level of anti-war art,and created and performed a large number of literary and artistic works with patriotic feelings and firm ideals and beliefs,which gave birth to the"Spirit of Lu Yi".The Spirit of Lu Yi has rich practical connotations,such as the national spirit with patriotism as the core,the ideal and belief spirit guided by Marxism,the people-centered service spirit,and the fine work style with arduous struggle as the wind direction.The Spirit of Lu Yi is a concentrated embodiment of the spiritual characteristics of literary and artistic talents,is an important resource for ideological and political education for literary and artistic talents,also is an enrichment and improvement of the content of ideological and political education in art colleges and universities,which plays an important role in building up a solid foundation for college students’faith in the new era,enhancing the spirit of struggle and improving the quality of artistic creation.The enter of Socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,the"Two Overall Situations"the"Two Hundred Years",and the multiculturalism all make the struggle in the ideological field more severe and complex.The students in colleges and universities,especially higher art colleges,are always affected by many factors such as the characteristics of disciplines,the particularity of art recruitment,and the growth environment.Under these background,it is particularly important for the college students to strengthen ideological and political education.Therefore,the Spirit of Luyi should be integrated into the ideological and political educ
