摘要
气相色谱仪是用高纯气体作为流动相,待测样品或标准试样在气化室气化后被载气带入色谱柱,各组分在色谱柱内分离后,被检测器检测。基线是气相色谱仪运行中检测器信号的直接表现,也是仪器性能的综合表现,组成仪器的各部分发生故障、操作条件和外界条件的变化等因素都会反映到基线上,因此根据基线异常状况可以判断故障的原因和部位。
