统计学学术型硕士研究生培养现状分析

Analysis of current situation of the training of academic master′s degree students in statistics

摘要 随着数据规模的增大和数据处理场景的激增,统计学的研究和应用越来越广泛。以辽宁大学为例,通过调查问卷的方式,对统计学学术型硕士研究生的课程设置现状、科研氛围现状和导师指导现状3个维度进行考察分析。研究发现:研究生课程设置总体情况较好,但内容与本科课程重复较多、跨度较大;在科研氛围方面,不同年级的研究生对科研氛围的态度表现出明显的差异,一、二年级研究生和已毕业的研究生对科研氛围持满意或非常满意的态度;研究生对导师指导满意度较高。最后,针对统计学学术型硕士研究生的培养需求,从优化课程体系、强化学生科研能力等方面提出了参考性建议。 With the rapid increase of data scale and data processing scenarios,academic research,cannot be ignored in the training of master's students.Through the questionnaire,the current situation of the curriculum setting,the current situation of scientific research atmosphere and the current situation of supervisor guidance of academic master's degree students in statistics were investigated and analyzed—taking Liaoning University as an example.The results show that the overall situation of the curriculum is good,but the content is more overlapping and spanning from the undergraduate courses.In terms of the scientific research atmosphere,graduate students in different grades showed obvious differences in the scientific research atmosphere,and graduate students in the first and second years of master's degree and graduate students are satisfied or very satisfied with the scientific research atmosphere.Graduate students are more satisfied with the guidance of their instructors.Finally,from the aspects of optimizing the curriculum system and strengthening students'scientific research ability,some reference suggestions are put forward for the training needs of academic master's students in statistics.
