摘要
目的:分析新生儿颅内出血的相关危险因素,探讨相应的预防措施。方法:纳入297名2021年10月至2022年6月在福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院分娩的新生儿,回顾性收集产妇和新生儿的临床资料,根据头颅影像学检查结果将新生儿分成颅内出血组及非颅内出血组,对两组产妇及新生儿的临床资料进行影响因素分析,总结新生儿颅内出血的危险因素。结果:颅内出血组新生儿共37例,非颅内出血组新生儿共260例。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,早产、低体质量、宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、胎盘异常、胎位不正、凝血功能异常、血小板减少为新生儿颅内出血的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿颅内出血的相关危险因素较多,临床应及早针对相关危险因素采取以有效的降低颅内出血发生风险,维护新生儿生命安全和健康。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage and explore the corresponding preventive measures.Methods A total of 297 newborns delivered in Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from October 2021 to June 2022 were included.Clinical data of mothers and newborns were retrospectively collected.According to the results of brain imaging examination,the newborns were divided into intracranial hemorrhage group and non-intracranial hemorrhage group,and the influencing factors of clinical data of puerpera and newborns in the two groups were analyzed,and the risk factors of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage were summarized.Results There were 37 neonates in the intracranial hemorrhage group and 260 neonates in the non-intracranial hemorrhage group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that premature delivery,low body weight,intrauterine distress,neonatal asphyxia,placental abnormality,fetal dislocation,abnormal coagulation function and thrombocytopenia were risk factors for neonatal intracranial hemorrhage(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors related to neonatal intracranial hemorrhage,and it is necessary to take early measures to effectively reduce the risk of intracranial hemorrhage and maintain the life safety and health of newborns.
