摘要
新时期高职院校劳动教育课程体系的构建,就是希望通过传授劳动知识、培养劳动技能、开展劳动实践来整合劳动教育,提高学生的劳动素养。劳动教育是高职院校培养人才的重要方式,通过阐述劳动教育课程的作用,分析高职院校劳动课程构建中存在的问题,希望通过提高师资队伍的建设、完善劳动课程内容等方式,完成劳动课程体系的构建,旨在提供劳动教育课程在高职院校教育中的课程地位,达到培养学生劳动素养的目的。
The construction of the curriculum system of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new period is to realize the integration of students'labor education and improve their labor accomplishments through the labor knowledge,labor skills and labor practice.Labor education is an important way to cultivate the talents in higher vocational colleges.This paper expounds the function of the labor education curriculum and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of labor curriculum in higher vocational colleges,with the hope of completing the construction of the labor curriculum system by improving the construction of teachers and perfecting the content of the labor curriculum,so as to provide the curriculum status of labor education curriculum in higher vocational colleges and achieve the purpose of cultivating students'labor accomplishments.
