摘要
普速铁路车站是我国铁路路网中的关键节点,其接发车作业组织对整个路网的列车运行、调度指挥及安全生产等方面具有重要影响。阐述普速铁路车站接发车作业中岗位设置、作业流程,分析目前普速铁路车站存在接发车作业效率有待提高、作业安全以人为手段保障为主等问题,针对作业效率提升、安全质量提高2方面提出相应的普速铁路车站接发车作业优化策略,为提高普速铁路作业组织效率和安全生产质量,提升普速铁路车站行车指挥现代化水平,实现我国铁路运输提质增效目标提供支撑。
The conventional railway station is the key node in China’s railway network,thus the train reception and departure operation is crucial to the train operation,traffic control and safety management of the whole railway network.This paper first elaborates the personnel configuration and operation process of train reception and departure operation at the conventional railway station,and analyzes the challenges such as poor operation efficiency,dependency on human factors for safety management,etc.Corresponding optimization strategies are proposed to improve efficiency,safety and quality of train reception and departure operation.The results provide support for improving the operation organization efficiency and safety quality of conventional railway,elevating the modernization of train operation command of conventional railway station,and improving the quality and efficiency of railway transportation in China.
