摘要
由于单一抽样框在样本完整性方面存在缺陷,为了弥补这种缺陷,文章提出多重抽样框这一有效解决办法。均匀设计抽样可以与地域框较好结合,并且相比于简单随机抽样具有样本容量小且样本点分布均匀的优势,在样本极小的情况下对总体特征描述具有较高精确度。考虑基于双重抽样框下的均匀设计抽样,得出总体总值估计量、估计量方差及既定成本下方差最小的最优权重系数、修正系数和样本容量。
The single sampling frame is defective in sample integrity.This paper proposes an effective solution of two-phase sampling frame to compensate for this deficiency.The uniform design sampling can be well combined with regional frames,and has the advantages of small sample size and uniform sample point distribution compared with simple random sampling,and enjoys relatively higher accuracy for the overall feature description under extremely small samples.Considering the uniform design sampling based on two-phase sampling frame,the paper obtains the total value estimator,the estimator variance and the optimal weight coefficient,correction coefficient and sample capacity with the smallest variance under the established cost.
