摘要
烧热病是服用一定量生棉籽油后所出现的一系列临床症状的总称。主要表现为不育、烧热、无汗或少汗、心慌、畏光、头晕或乏力等症状。为进一步了解这些症状的出现是否与肾上腺皮质功能减低有关,以及棉酚对血脂水平有无影响,我们从1974年开始对邢台地区巨鹿县和隆尧县3个生产大队的烧热病患者进行了长达十年的动态观察。
Urinary 17-OHCS,17-KS,and blood lipids levels of patients with cotton oil poison were analysed and reported in this paper.For ten years follow-up study on the levels of these contents stated above showed no significant change.This results suggested that the cotton oil toxin did not effect the function of adrenal cortex and the level of blood lipid in patients with cotton oil poison and the symptoms of cotton oil poison,for instance,fever,sterility,fatiguability were not related to the function of adrenal cortex.
