摘要
城市社会视频监控存在种类繁多、组网复杂、标准不一等问题,造成视频资源孤岛现象严重。为解决视频资源碎片化问题,本文对社会视频资源整合接入公安视频专网进行了规划设计,构建了网络架构合理、数据共享、平台统一和信息应用安全的开放式社会公共视频资源管理系统,盘活了社会视频资源。本文首先对接入系统的系统架构进行了介绍,然后对社会视频接入平台、网络传输链路整合和社会视频资源接入等进行了设计。该平台可有效缩短报警响应、警情定位和资源调取时间,有利于进一步加强视频资源调取能力和现场情况掌控能力,推动城市雪亮工程建设。
Urban social video has problems such as variety of types,complex networking,and different standards,which cause serious islands of video resources.In order to solve the problem of fragmentation status of video resources,the article designed the access of social video resources to the public security video private network,and built an open social public video resource management system with reasonable network architecture,data sharing,unified platform and information application security,thereby revitalizing the social video resources.The article first introduced the system architecture,and then designed the social video access platform,network transmission link integration and social video resource access.It effectively shortens key indicators such as alarm response time,alarm location time and resource retrieval time,further strengthens video resource retrieval capabilities and on-site situation control capabilities,which promotes the construction of the Safe City project.
