内串石墨化炉炉体的优化与改进 被引量:1

Optimization and improvement for body of lengthwise graphitization furnance

摘要 内串石墨化炉侧墙板在使用过程中,由于高温及膨胀力的作用,侧墙板会发生开裂、烧蚀等问题,结合生产实际,开发出了一种加耐高温内衬的的侧墙板,大大地提高了侧墙板的使用寿命。此外,炉头电极和跨接电极在使用过程中存在过度氧化烧蚀、开裂等问题,消耗严重,而且炉头电极和跨接电极主要依赖进口,供货周期长。通过多年的实践摸索,开发出了以超高功率石墨电极拼接成型的方法生产的炉头电极和跨接电极,代替进口产品。技术指标得到显著改善,炉头电极和跨接电极使用寿命得以大幅度延长。通过上述优化与改进,内串石墨化炉的运行成本显著降低,产品质量得到较大提高。 During the use of sidewall panels of lengthwise graphitization,cracking and ablation of sidewall panels usually occur due to the effect of high temperature and expansion force.Combining with production practice,a sidewall panels with high temperature resistant lining was developed,which greatly improved the service life of sidewall panels.In addition,the problems of excessive oxidation ablation and cracking existed in the use of furnace end electrodes and jumper electrodes,which are seriously consumed.Moreover,the furnace end electrodes and jumper electrodes mainly depend on imports and have a long supply cycle.Through many years of practice,the furnace end electrodes and jumper electrodes produced by the splicing method of UHP graphite electrode have been developed to replace the imported products.Technical indicators have been significantly improved,and the service life of furnace end electrodes and jumper electrodes has been greatly prolonged.Through the above optimization and improvement,the operation cost of lengthwise graphitization is significantly reduced and the product quality is greatly improved.
