摘要
目的分析人工全髋关节置换术患者护理中分阶段护理干预的效果。方法选取本院人工全髋关节置换术患者60例,依据护理干预方法分为分阶段护理干预组(n=30)、常规性护理干预组(n=30),统计分析两组患者的疼痛程度、心理状态、治疗依从性、髋关节功能、日常生活活动能力、生活质量、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果分阶段护理干预组患者护理干预后较护理干预前的VAS评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、并发症发生率降低幅度,治疗依从性评分、Harris评分、Barthel评分、SF-36评分、护理满意度升高幅度均显著高于常规性护理干预组(P<0.05)。结论人工全髋关节置换术患者护理中分阶段护理干预的效果较常规性护理干预好。
Objective This paper aims to analyze the effect of phased nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with total hip replacement.Methods 60 patients with total hip replacement were divided into two groups according to the nursing intervention method,staged nursing intervention group and routine nursing intervention group,30 cases in each group.The degree of pain,psychological state,treatment compliance,hip joint function,activities of daily living,quality of life,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The VAS score,anxiety score,depression score and treatment compliance score,Harris score,Barthel score,SF-36 score in the phased nursing intervention group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing intervention group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing intervention group.Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of phased nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with total hip replacement is better than that of routine nursing intervention.
