摘要
目的探讨加速康复理念下临床护理路径在人工髋关节置换术患者康复锻炼中的应用。方法60例人工髋关节置换术患者分为观察组(加速康复理念下临床护理路径,n=30)和对照组(常规护理,n=30)。比较两组人工髋关节活动度、ESCA、ADL评分。结果与护理前比较,两组护理后髋关节屈曲、伸展活动度增高,ESCA、ADL评分上升,且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加速康复理念下临床护理路径用于人工髋关节置换术的价值较高。
Objective This paper aims to explore the application of clinical nursing path in rehabilitation exercise of patients undergoing artificial hip replacement under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation.Methods 60 patients with aritificial hip replacement were divided into observation group(clinical nursing path under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation,n=30)and control group(routine nursing,n=30).Hip range of motion,ESCA and ADL scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the range of flexion and extension of hip joint,ESCA and ADL scores of the two groups increased after nursing,and the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation,the clinical nursing path is of high value in aritificial hip replacement.
