摘要
目的观察左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗尿毒症性不宁腿综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2020年2月在我院进行治疗的尿毒症性不宁腿综合征患者共40例,使用随机双盲法分为研究组和对照组,每组各20例。两组患者均使用常规血液透析进行治疗,其中对照组均口服艾司唑仑,研究组在对照组的基础上以静注的方式给予左卡尼汀。治疗后对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应及NIHSS、ADL评分。结果研究组患者的治疗情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P=0.626),治疗前两组患者的NIHSS和ADL评分情况无显著差异,治疗后研究组患者的NIHSS和ADL评分情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀联合血液透析对尿毒症性不宁腿综合征患者效果显著,同时能够在一定程度上提高治疗效果,但对治疗的不良反应无显著改善。
Objective This paper aims to observe the clinical effect of levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic restless legs syndrome.Methods A total of 40 patients with uremic restless leg syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2020 were divided into study group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with routine hemodialysis.The control group took estazolam,and the study group was given levocarnitine by intravenous injection on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,NIHSS and ADL scores of the two groups were compared.Results The patients in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions(P=0.626).There was no significant difference in the NIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups before the treatment.The NIHSS and ADL scores of the patients in the post treatment group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine combined with hemodialysis takes a positive effect on the nerve conduction in patients with uremic restless leg syndrome,which can improve the therapeutic effect to a certain extent,but there is no significant improvement in the adverse reaction on the treatment.
