摘要
目的探讨快速康复护理在行人工全髋关节置换术(THA)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月我院收治的THA患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组干预后测量数值评分量表法(NRS)评分低于对照组,Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理干预能够减轻THA患者疼痛,从而促进髋关节功能的恢复。
Objective This paper aims to explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods 60 THA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional routine nursing,and the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the measure numerical rating scale(NRS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the Harris hip function score was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can relieve the pain of THA patients,thus promoting the recovery of hip joint function.
