摘要
目的探讨心理护理应用在血液透析护理中对患者舒适度的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月于本院行血液透析的60例患者,采取单双数随机分配的方式将其分为普通组和研究组,每组各30例。普通组采取临床中常用的护理方式进行干预,研究组则在普通组患者的护理方法上加以心理护理措施进行干预;将两组患者实施护理前后的心理状态评分进行组间对比,并且比较两组患者实施护理后的舒适度、生活质量评分以及对护理服务的满意度。结果研究组患者的总舒适率(100.00%)要有优于普通组(90.00%),两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者实施护理干预前的HAMA评分以及HAMD评分差异不大(P>0.05),实施护理后,研究组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分要优于普通组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量评分(QOL)明显要高于普通组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理服务总满意率(96.67%)要高于普通组(86.67%),两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理应用在血液透析护理中,可以提高患者的舒适度,改善患者的心理环境,提升患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on comfort of patients with hemodialysis.Methods:In this study,60 patients with hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected,and were randomly divided into the general group and the research group by single-even number allocation,with 30cases in each group.The patients in the general group were intervened with the commonly used nursing methods in clinic,while those in the research group were intervened with the psychological nursing on the basis of the general group.The psychological state scores of patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the comfort level,life quality score and satisfaction degree after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The total comfort rate(100.00%)of patients in study group was better than that of the general group(90.00%),and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The differences of HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before nursing intervention were not significant(P>0.05).After the implementation of nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the research group were better than those in the general group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The QOL scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the general group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the research group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the general group(86.67%),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in hemodialysis can promote the improvement of patients’comfort level,improve the psychological environment and enhance the quality of life.Moreover,patients’satisfaction with nursing is higher,which is worthy of application in clinic.
