超声检查在血液透析患者人工动静脉瘘中的应用

摘要 目的分析超声检查在血液透析患者人工动静脉瘘诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月-2022年7月在我院应用人工动静脉瘘进行规律血液透析患者80例,应用彩色多普勒超声对患者人工动静脉瘘进行检查,分析超声检查在人工动静脉瘘功能评价中的作用。结果本研究80例研究对象,造影结果显示:59例患者动静脉内瘘功能正常,21例患者动静脉内瘘功能异常,其中血栓形成10例,狭窄7例,血栓形成+狭窄4例。彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示:血栓形成10例,诊断准确率为100.00%;狭窄5例,诊断准确率为71.43%;血栓形成+狭窄3例,诊断准确率为75.00%。结论超声检查可以准确反映血液透析患者人工动静脉瘘管腔、血流状态,针对血栓形成、狭窄具有较高的诊断准确率,可为临床干预提供准确的参考依据。 Objective:To analyze the application of ultrasonography in artificial arteriovenous fistula on hemodialysis patients.Methods:From July 2020 to July 2022,80 patients who underwent regular hemodialysis with artificial arteriovenous fistula in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Color doppler ultrasound was used to examine artificial arteriovenous fistula in patients,and the role of ultrasound in the evaluation of artificial arteriovenous fistula function was analyzed.Results:In this study involving 80 subjects,angiographic results showed that 59 cases had normal arteriovenous fistula function,21 cases had abnormal arteriovenous fistula function,including 10 cases of thrombosis,7 cases of stenosis,and 4 cases of thrombosis+stenosis.The results of color doppler ultrasonography showed that there were 10 cases of thrombosis,and the diagnostic accuracy was 100.00%.The diagnostic accuracy of stenosis was 71.43%.There were 3 cases of thrombosis+stenosis,and the diagnostic accuracy was 75.00%.Conclusion:Ultrasound examination can accurately reflect the lumen and blood flow status of artificial arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients,and has high diagnostic accuracy for thrombosis and stenosis,which can provide accurate references for clinical intervention.
