摘要
目的评估不同血管通路固定方式在血液透析患者中的实际应用效果及其安全性。方法选取2022年10月~2023年4月在本院接受维持性血液透析的76例患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组行常规血管通路固定,观察组在此基础上加用3M静脉输液固定护贴,对比两组固定操作时间、不良反应发生情况、舒适度、生活质量及满意度。结果相较于对照组,观察组在固定操作时间上更短(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.26%(2/38)较对照组的21.05%(8/38)更低(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分对比,观察组各维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。在生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)的评估中,观察组的各维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,观察组满意度94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05)。结论采用3M静脉输液固定护贴在血液透析患者血管通路固定中具有较好效用,能够缩短固定操作时间,降低不良反应发生率,从而提升患者的舒适度、生活质量与满意度。
Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of different vascular access fixation methods in hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 76 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional vascular access stabilization,while the observation group received 3M intravenous transinfusion stabilization patch on the basis of the conventional method.The stabilization operation time,incidence of adverse reactions,comfort level,quality of life,and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited a significantly shorter fixed operation time(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.26%(2/38),which was lower than that of 21.05%(8/38)in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the assessment of the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74),the scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Regarding nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.95%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of 3M intravenous infusion fixation patch has a good effect on the fixation of vascular access in hemodialysis patients,which can shorten the fixed operation time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve comfort,quality of life,and satisfaction.
