Analysis of Quality Factors in Low-pressure Casting Process Based on Multi-factor Interaction

摘要 为优化影响低压铸造品质的因素,利用主成分分析法降低影响品质特性值因素的维度,找到影响因素的主成分。然后利用响应面分析法对主成分进行方差分析及交互作用分析,建立回归模型,并绘制主要交互因素的响应曲面图和等高线,得到使品质特性值最优的各影响因素的取值:铸型温度为300℃、保压时间为88.56 s、结晶压力为0.043 MPa、升液速率为130 mm/s、浇注温度为710℃、铸型涂层厚度为1.7 mm、铸型预热温度为220℃、充型速度为50 mm/s、Si含量为7.1%。 In order to trace and optimize the factors influencing the quality of low-pressure casting,the dimension of the factors affecting the quality characteristic values was reduced using principal component analysis to obtain the principal components of the influencing factors. Then, the principal components were subjected to variance analysis and interaction analysis using response surface methodology to establish a regression model, and the response surface graph and the contour line of the main interaction factors were drawn. Finally, the values of the influencing factors ensuring the quality characteristic value optimal were presented as follows: the mold temperature of 300 ℃, the holding pressure time of 88.56 s, the crystallization pressure of 0.043 MPa, the liquid lifting speed of 130 mm/s, the pouring temperature of 710 ℃, the coating thickness of 1.7 mm, the mold preheating temperature of 220 ℃, the filling speed of 50 mm/s, and the Si content in the molten metal of 7.1%.
