摘要
针对起重机电动机定子异常失电保护功能的现场检测,本文提出了一种基于模拟工况法的起重机电动机定子异常失电保护功能检测方法,并研制了检测装置。通过将装置接入起重机电动机的动力和控制回路,分别模拟接触器主回路和控制回路故障工况,同时验证制动器的动作情况,以达到检验手段通用、准确、可靠的目的。对不同型号的控制柜进行的试验结果证明该检测方法能有效发现起重机电动机定子失电保护失效隐患,有较大的实用价值和应用前景。
In order to solve the field detection of abnormal power loss protection function of crane motor stator,a detection method of abnormal power loss protection function of crane motor stator based on simulated working condition method is proposed,and a detection device is developed.By connecting the device to the power and control circuit of the crane motor,the fault conditions of the main circuit and control circuit of the contactor can be simulated respectively,and the action of the brake can be verified at the same time,so as to achieve accurate and reliable detection.The test results of different types of control cabinets show that this detection method can effectively find the hidden danger of failure of crane stator power loss protection,and has great practical value and application prospect.
