摘要
本文以崇州市电梯维保为背景,在广泛调研的基础上,采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方式,结合崇州市电梯维保状况,就崇州市电梯维保行业存在的主要问题和原因进行了详细的分析,就如何提高电梯维保质量进行合理化建议,探讨了在崇州市推行电梯维保作业流程标准化的可行性,为推动其他区(市)县电梯维保行业的健康发展提供参考。
This paper takes the elevator maintenance in Chongzhou as the background,on the basis of extensive research,using a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,combined with the elevator maintenance situation in Chongzhou,the main problems and causes of the elevator maintenance industry in Chongzhou are analyzed.In this paper,a detailed analysis is made,and reasonable suggestions on how to improve the quality of elevator maintenance are made,and the feasibility of implementing the standardization of elevator maintenance operation procedures in Chongzhou is discussed,so as to provide reference for promoting the healthy development of elevator maintenance industry in other districts(cities)and counties.
