摘要
北方发动机试验基地冬季室外温度低,为保障生产、生活正常进行,需在室内配备采暖设施。采暖热源能耗约占全国的总煤耗的十分之一,降低消耗热量,节约能源,降低运行费用,是国家倡导的方向。针对热水供热采暖系统节能降耗进行研究,通过在采暖系统中增设自动控制系统、电动调节阀门、流量计、温度采集器等,实现试验基地室内温度的可控、可调,进而达到节能的目的。
In the north areas,the outdoor temperature of engine test base buildings is very low in winter.Heating facilities must be provided indoors in order to ensure normal living and production.Heating facilities consume energy which accounts for about one-tenth of the country’s total coal consumption.How to reduce heat consumption,save energy,and reduce operating costs is the direction advocated by the state.Research and application of energy saving and consumption reduction of hot water heating systems in winter were investigated.By adding automatic control systems,electric regulating valves,flow meters and temperature collectors,etc.to the heating system,the temperature in the buildings can be controlled to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
