“先隧后井”法施工管片环缝防突涌处理技术 被引量:1

摘要 佛山地铁2号线南湖区间隧道位于高承压强透水砂层和圆砾层,区间风井采用"先隧后井"法施工,容易在盾构隧道管片环缝处产生突涌,如不提前进行有效处理,可能导致灾难性后果,而盾构隧道管片环缝防突涌处理难度极大。基于此,文章以南湖区间风井施工为案例,详细介绍了"先隧后井"法施工的优缺点及适用条件,对管片环缝的产生、突涌风险和渗漏预判方法进行了详细介绍,对环缝突涌预防处理方案进行了详细比选,通过进行洞内注浆和地面袖阀管注浆效果检测,创新性地采用洞内"泄压引导注浆法"确保在密闭空间内注浆密实,成功解决了管片环缝防突涌这一难题。该方法可为今后深基坑开挖突涌堵漏提供参考。 The running tunnel between Nanzhuang station and Huyong station of Foshan Metro Line 2 is located in highly permeable sand layer and round gravel layer with high pressure.The ventilation shaft in the running tunnel section is constructed by“tunnel excavation followed by shaft”method,which is easy to cause water inrushing at the circumferential gap around shield tunnel segment ring.If no effective treatment is carried out in advance,it may lead to disastrous consequences,but it is of great difficulty in water inrushing prevention for circumferential gap around shield tunnel segment ring.In view of this,the paper,taking the ventilation shaft construction in running tunnel between Nanzhuang station and Huyong station as an example,gives a detailed introduction to the advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions of the construction method of“tunnel excavation followed by shaft”as well as the generation of circumferential gap around segment ring,water inrushing risk and leakage prediction method,makes comparison and selection of the prevention and treatment schemes of water inrushing at circumferential gap in detail,and through the exploration of in-tunnel grouting and ground sleeve valve pipe grouting,innovatively adopts“pressure relief-based guided grouting method”in the tunnel to ensure the dense grouting in the confined space,which successfully solves the problem of preventing water inrushing at circumferential gap around segment ring.This innovative method can provide a good idea and reference for blocking water inrushing during deep foundation pit excavation in the future.
