积极心理学视阈下高职院校学生英语学习效益研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章从积极心理学视角出发,探讨教师和学生两个维度应当分别采取何种措施提升学生英语学习效益。文章认为,教师应在保持积极心态的前提下,灵活运用教学策略,采用多元化的评价方法,创设和谐愉快的教学氛围,使学生拥有英语学习的正向情绪体验,提升自主学习效益。学习者也应调节外语学习情绪,提升外语愉悦,降低外语焦虑,借力于朋辈互助,以获得较高的学习成效。 This paper analyzes how to improve students’autonomous learning efficiency from the perspective of positive psychology in the dimension of both teachers and learners.The author proposes that teachers should keep positive and creat a harmonious and pleasant teaching environment through using flexible teaching strategies to carry out both online teaching and offline teaching.Besides,They’re suggested to evaluate the students in multiple dimensions so as to let them experience positive emotion and enhance their autonomous learning efficiency.On the other hand,students are required to adjust their foreign language learning mood,i.e.,enhance foreign language enjoyment and alleviate foreign language learning anxiety.If possible,they should attach importance to co-regulation in order to access high learning efficiency.
