摘要
文章着重分析大学英语教师向ESP(English for Specific Purposes)教师转型的障碍和思路,结合大学英语教师向ESP教师转型发展的必要性,从立足多方培训实现全面提高、立足教学合作实现专业提升、立足自身素养实现良性发展这几点进行深入探索,目的在于提高大学英语教师教学质量,为当代社会培养更多优秀人才。
This paper focuses on the analysis of the obstacles and ideas of the transformation of College English from traditional teaching to ESP(English for Specific Purposes)teaching,makes an in-depth exploration from the aspects of comprehensive improvement based on multi-party training,professional improvement based on teaching cooperation,and self-development based on modern technology,aiming to improve the teaching quality of College English teachers to cultivate more excellent talents for the contemporary society.
