摘要
目的了解本院质子泵抑制剂在预防应激性溃疡中的应用情况,为质子泵抑制剂的合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查法,收集本院2018年3月注射用质子泵抑制剂的病历110份,从预防应激性溃疡的角度,对其适应症、用法用量、用药时间方面进行合理性评价分析。结果预防性使用质子泵抑制剂的患者共98例,占调查总人数的89.09%,其中40%的患者存在应激性溃疡危险;使用疗程在1~3 d的患者比例为47.96%,使用疗程在4~6 d的患者比例为27.55%,使用疗程≥7天的患者比例为24.49%。结论本院质子泵抑制剂在预防应激性溃疡方面存在不合理使用现象,在预防用药指征、使用疗程、用法用量、用药时机方面应进一步优化。
Objective To investigate the use of proton pump inhibitors in the prevention of stress ulcer in our hospital,and to provide reference for the proper use of proton pump inhibitors to prevent stress ulcer.Methods A retrospective survey method was used to collect110 medical cases of proton pump inhibitors for injection in our hospital from March 2017.From the perspective of prevention of stress ulcer,the indications,dosage and duration of medication were rationally evaluated.Results The preventive use of proton pump inhibitors were 98 cases,which accounting for 89.09%of the total,40%of them presents risk factors of stress ulcer.The proportion of patients who used the course of treatment for 1-3 days was 47.96%,and the course of treatment for 4-6 days was 27.55%,and the course of treatment≥7 days was 24.49%.Conclusion Unreasonable using of proton pump inhibitors in the prevention of stress ulcer in our hospital was present,preventive medication indications,treatment,dosage,medication time should be optimized in the future.
