摘要
目的探讨预见性护理对白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍者术后眼表功能与视觉质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的96例白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各组48例;对照组患者围术期实施常规护理,观察组则在围术期实施预见性护理。评价并比较不同护理方案对2组患者术后眼表功能与视觉质量的影响。结果与术前比较,术后3个月2组患者OSDI评分、泪液分泌试验结果均显著升高,2组患者泪膜破裂时间显著延长,睑板腺分泌物评分则显著降低,观察组患者术后3个月OSDI评分、泪液分泌试验结果显著高于对照组,泪膜破裂时间显著长于对照组,睑板腺分泌物评分也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与术前比较,术后3个月2组患者视觉质量评分显著升高,睑缘形态评分均显著下降,观察组患者术后3个月视觉质量评分显著高于对照组,睑缘形态评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理方案相比,预见性护理对白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍者术后眼表功能与视觉质量的改善效果更为显著,促进患者预后,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Discuss the effect of predictable nursing on postoperative ocular surface function and visual quality of cataract combined with eyelid plate gland dysfunction.Methods The 96 patients with cataract and eyelid plate gland dysfunction were selected as the subjects,randomly divided into observation group and control group,and 48 patients in each group;The control group patients performed routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group performed predictive nursing during the perioperative period.The different nursing schemes on postoperative ocular meter function and visual quality in 2 patients were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with preoperative comparison,OSDI score and tear secretion test results in 2 groups increased significantly in 3 months after surgery,the time of tear membrane rupture prolonged significantly,and the eyelid gland secretion score reduced significantly,The results of OSDI score and tear secretion test for 3 months after the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the tear membrane rupture time was significantly longer than the control group,and the eyelid gland secretion score was also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with preoperative comparison,the visual quality score of 2 groups increased significantly in 3 months after surgery,and the eyelid morphology score decreased significantly,the visual quality score was significantly higher than the control group and significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing programs,predictive nursing improves the postoperative eye surface function and visual quality of patients with cataract and eyelid plate gland dysfunction more significantly,promoting patients’prognosis and deserves clinical promotion and application.
