摘要
一级滤清器是重型空气滤清器的重要部件之一,是保证车辆空气滤清器具备较长保养周期的关键。为了研究一级滤的流场分布与旋流管进气流量分布均匀性的关系,实现在高效旋流管元件的基础上进行高效、低阻一级滤清器的设计,针对某旋流管式一级滤的结构开展仿真分析研究,得出多级旋流管式一级滤的仿真方法和旋流管元件的性能提取方法,并对该一级滤的流场特性和一级滤内部每个旋流管的流场做出详细分析,得出该一级滤的结构与旋流管流场的关系特性,为一级滤的设计、优化和性能预测提供基础。
Pre-cleaner is an important part of large-scale air filter. It’s the key to ensuring long maintenance period of air filter.To clarifying the relationship between distribution of flow field of precleaner and distribution uniformity of cyclone tube,and based on high efficiency cyclone tube to realizing high efficiency,low pressure pre-cleaner. We gained the simulation methods of pre-cleaner with multiple cyclone tube and methods of performance extract. We also gained the relationship between the construction of pre-cleaner and the flow field of cyclone tube.Those results can support the design,optimization and performance prediction of pre-cleaner.
