摘要
面对全球媒介环境的剧变和日趋激烈的中西舆论斗争,加强和改进国际传播工作已经成为我国迫在眉睫的重要议题。结合我国国际传播实践可知,新形势下提升我国国际传播能力要解决为谁说、谁来说、怎么说三个路径问题。本文认为,国际传播工作者要坚持为世界公平正义而发声的目标,坚决打赢国际舆论战,推动世界和平发展;顺应全球传播趋势,拓展民间传播主体,促进各国人民民心相通;在话语建构方面,要树立受众意识和共情传播思维,创新视频语言表现形式,并从国家战略高度整合传播资源,全面提升国际传播效能,推动人类命运共同体理念深入人心。
Facing the drastic changes in the global media environment and the increasingly fierce public opinion struggle between China and the West,strengthening and improving China’s international communication work has become an urgent and important issue.Based on the practice of international communication in China,we can see that in order to improve China’s international communication ability under the new situation,we need to solve three problems:speak for whom,who should speak,and how to speak.This paper argues that international communication workers should insist on the goal of speaking out for world fairness and justice,resolutely winning the war of international public opinion,and promoting world peace and development.We should also adapt to the global communication trend,enhance participation of folk media,and promote people-to-people exchanges among citizens of all countries.In terms of discourse construction,it is necessary to establish audience awareness and empathic communication thinking,innovate the expression form of video language,integrate communication resources from the perspective of national strategy,and comprehensively improve the efficiency of international communication,so as to promote the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind to be deeply rooted in people’s hearts.
