摘要
新时代新征程要求加强我国国际传播能力建设,不断增强中华文明传播力影响力。人才是第一资源。高校作为人才培养的主阵地,如何培养高质量国际新闻与传播专业人才是关键中的关键。为此,需要从深刻理解“新全球”、科学把握“新形势”、贯彻落实“新文科”等角度,理性审视国际新闻与传播专业人才培养的新环境;需要从精准把握发展现状、科学规划发展道路、积极探索创新模式等角度,创新擘画国际新闻与传播专业人才培养的新模式;需要从全面提升自主培养能力、全力打通多元建设进路、全面提升培养创新体系等角度,精准实施国际新闻与传播专业人才培养模式的新基建。
In the new era and new journey,it is necessary to build up our capacity and improve efficiency in international communication,and constantly enhance the influence of Chinese civilization.Talented personnel are the primary resources.As the main hub of personnel training,it is pivotal for universities to high-quality cultivate talents in international journalism and communication.To this end,we have to rationally examine the new environment of personnel training in international journalism and communication,from the perspective of deep understanding of new globalization,scientific grasp of new circumstance,and implementation of new liberal arts;we have to plan the new mode of personnel cultivation in international journalism and communication by accurately grasping the development situation,scientifically planning the development path,and actively exploring innovation modes;we have to accurately implement the new infrastructure of the personnel cultivating mode of international journalism and communication in terms of improving the selftraining ability,opening up the diversified construction approaches,and improving the training and innovation system comprehensively.
