摘要
“施米特复兴”从德国本土开始,在欧洲传到了法国和意大利,最后传到了美国并经过美国传播到全球学术思想界,成为当今欧美保守主义运动的重要思想资源。本文考察施米特思想在德国、欧洲、美国和中国等不同接受语境中被各自不同的问题意识加以阐释和应用的情况,一方面突出施米特政治思想的基本要义及其时代相关性,另一方面简要勾勒了当今学术思想地图中政治哲学的一些问题线索和论争焦点。
The Revival of Carl Schmitt started in Germany,spread to France and Italy in Europe,and finally spread to the United States and through the United States to the global intellectual circles.Schmitt’s ideas have become an important ideological resource for today’s European and American conservative movements.A survey of Schmitt’s reception-history in Germany,Europe,the United States,and China can briefly outline the state of the art of Schmitt’s studies.It highlights the basic essence of Schmitt’s political thought and its contemporary relevance,on the other hand,it also outlines some controversies and problematizations of political philosophy in the current academic field.
