摘要
做好群众思想教育是我们党宣传群众、教育群众、引领群众、服务群众的优良传统、鲜明特色和突出政治优势,是一切工作的生命线。西藏和平解放以来我们党在西藏开展的历次群众思想教育活动均有力配合和满足了当时的经济社会发展需要,但囿于历史局限的阶段性,群众思想教育存在周期难以持续、虚功难以实做、成效难以长效等不足。在以铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为党的民族工作和民族地区各项工作的主线大背景下,需要从价值意蕴、成效取得、现实困境、路径转化上,厘清新时代西藏群众思想教育以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为“纲”的重要性、紧迫性和可持续性,建立健全有形有感有效开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育的长效机制。
Since the peaceful liberation of Xizang,the various moral and political education activities carried out by CPC in Xizang have effectively complemented and met the needs of economic and social development at the time.However,constrained by historical limitations,moral and political education among the people in Xizang has faced challenges such as difficulties in sustaining momentum,discrepancy between rhetoric and action,and limited long-term effectiveness.Against the backdrop of fostering a stronger sense of the Chinese nation as one community,it is imperative to clarify the importance,urgency,and sustainability of conducting the people’s moral and political education,which involves establishing a sound and effective mechanism for the sustained public communication of the sense of the Chinese nation as one community.
