摘要
西藏自治区山南市隆子县奶牛养殖业经过40多年的发展,围绕"打造西藏黄牛改良的种源基地"的战略目标,结合本地区自然资源的禀赋,充分发挥奶牛基地带动作用,采取"科研院所+基地+合作社+农户(贫困户)"的生产经营模式,走"养殖基地承担风险,农民(贫困户)实现增收"共赢发展的路子,带动贫困村农民脱贫致富。本文就此介绍了隆子县奶源繁育基地带动贫困户精准脱贫的机制和模式,为高海拔的区县发展畜牧产业提供借鉴。
Based on the advantages of local ecological environment,natural resources and agricultural resources,the present paper gives full play to the driving role of the base.Through the innovation in institutional mechanism and mode,driving poor households to increase their incomes and achieve sustained income growth and getting rid of poverty on schedule,this paper introduces the mechanism and mode that the milk source breeding base of Longzi county brings the poor households to get rid of poverty accurately.
