摘要
针对混凝土板接触式冲击回波检测方法效率较低的问题,研究了空气耦合冲击回波方法的可行性与检测效果.利用空气耦合式冲击回波方法对全厚度并包含不同深度缺陷的混凝土板进行了数值模拟和实验研究,得到了不同缺陷状态下混凝土板的空气耦合冲击回波响应,并通过快速傅里叶变换处理得到不同缺陷深度的峰值频率.研究结果表明:在误差允许范围内,空气耦合式冲击回波方法能准确地检测出缺陷深度;对于浅层缺陷此方法可以较为精确地确定缺陷位置和缺陷面积,对于较深层缺陷,该方法能够准确得出缺陷位置和缺陷深度.
Aiming at the low efficiency of the contact impact echo detection method for concrete slab,the feasibility and detection effect of the air-coupled impact echo method were investigated.The air-coupled impact echo method was used to simulate and model the concrete slab with defects of different thickness and different depth.The impact echo response under different defect states was obtained,and the peak frequency at different defect depths was obtained by fast Fourier transform.The results show that the air-coupled impact echo method can accurately detect the defect depth within the allowable error range.For shallow layers,this method can accurately determine the defect location and defect area,and for deeper defects,it can accurately obtain the defect location and defect depth.
