摘要 为解决传统机电管综设计中机电碰撞的问题,以某大型商业广场地下室机电管线综合设计为例,利用BIM技术建立建筑、结构、机电各专业模型,通过净高分析和碰撞分析,在三维模型中对机电管线综合布置进行了优化调整,既可以直观反映出管线之间以及管线和建筑结构专业的具体位置,又避免了后期施工安装过程中的碰撞,有效指导了施工. In order to solve the problem of mechanical and electrical collision in the traditional mechanical and electrical integrated design,taking the comprehensive design of mechanical and electrical pipelines in the basement of a large commercial square as an example,the BIM Technology is used to establish the professional models of architecture,structure and mechanical and electrical.Through the clear height analysis and collision analysis,the comprehensive layout of mechanical and electrical pipelines is optimized and adjusted in the three-dimensional model,which can not only directly reflect the specific location of pipelines and pipeline and building structure specialty,but also avoid the collision in the later construction and installation process,and effectively guide the construction.
