增强职业技术教育适应性的现实困境和路径探索

摘要 增强职业技术教育适应性既是新发展格局下经济高质量发展的客观要求,也是职业技术教育内涵式发展的主观要求,更是高素质技术技能型人才培养的现实需求。当前,增强职业技术教育适应性面临不少现实困境,如缺乏与产业发展的同频共振、与普通教育的准确定位、与企业的深度融合。为摆脱这些困境,应动态联动,增强职业技术教育与产业发展的契合度;顶层设计,推动职业技术教育体系优化建设;内嵌共生,构建产教融合、校企合作长效机制。 Enhancing the adaptability of vocational and technical education is not only the objective requirement of high-quality economic development under the new development pattern,but also the subjective requirement of the connotative development of vocational and technical education,and also the realistic demand of high-quality technical and skilled personnel training.At present,enhancing the adaptability of vocational and technical education is faced with many practical difficulties,such as the lack of same frequency resonance with industrial development,the accurate positioning of general education,and the deep integration with enterprises.To solve these difficulties,dynamic linkage should be adopted to enhance the compatibility between vocational and technical education and industrial development;the top-level design to promote the optimization of vocational and technical education system,and to build a long-term mechanism of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.
