摘要
中央第七次西藏工作座谈会的一个重大理论贡献,就是鲜明地提出并系统阐述了新时代党的治藏方略,实现了党的治藏方略的与时俱进。这一方略,深刻反映了新时代西藏面临的形势和任务,进一步深化了党对西藏工作的规律性认识,总结了党领导人民治藏稳藏兴藏的成功经验,是习近平总书记关于治边稳藏战略思想的精华,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,为建设团结富裕文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化新西藏,提供了根本遵循。
One of the important theoretical contributions of the Seventh Symposium of the Central Committee on Work in Tibet is put forward and systematically expound the Party’s strategy of governing Tibet in the new era,makes Party’s strategy of governing Tibet keep pace with the times.This strategy deeply reflects the situation and tasks that Tibet is facing and will come across in the new era,further deepens the party’s understanding of the regularity of Tibet-related work,and sums up the successful experience of the Party in leading the people to govern,stabilize and rejuvenate Tibet,it is the essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s strategic thought on governing the border and stabilizing Tibet,and an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.This strategy provides a fundamental compliance to establish a united,prosperous,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful modern socialist Tibet.
