出灰系统作为石灰双膛窑的关键组成部分,对于保证系统稳定运行及产品质量的稳定性起到至关重要的作用。通过对出灰原理的深入分析和研究,出灰系统主要由往复式出灰机与重锤料位计相互配合,采用先进的自动控制方式,结合科学合理的出灰参数设置,使得窑体预热区料面始终保持在设定的范围内,为双膛窑连续稳定的生产提供可靠的保障。
As a key component of lime two-shaft kiln,the ash production system plays a vital role in ensuring the stable operation of the system and the stability of product quality through in-depth analysis and research of the ash production principle.The ash discharge system is mainly composed of reciprocating ash dispenser and heavy hammer level meter with each other by using advanced automatic control mode and combined with scientific and reasonable ash discharge parameter setting.In this way,the material surface of the kiln body preheating zone is always kept within the set range,providing a reliable guarantee for the continuous and stable production of the double-shaft kiln.
