摘要
介绍了矿渣微粉立磨高低压稀油润滑站的基本工作原理,并以唐山九江线材有限公司矿渣微粉立磨5号生产线高低压稀油润滑站为例,对润滑系统的原理、PLC控制系统要求以及软硬件设计进行了探讨。
This paper introduces the basic working principle of the high and low pressure thin oil lubrication station of Slag powder vertical mill.Taking the high and low pressure thin oil lubrication station of the No.5 production line of the slag vertical mill of Tangshan Jiujiang Wire Rod Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper also discusses the principle of the lubrication system,the requirements of the PLC control system,and the design of software and hardware.
