优秀男子曲棍球运动员全运会赛前高水平教学比赛的运动负荷监控

Sport Load Monitoring of Elite Male Field Hockey Players in High-Level Teaching Games before the National Games

摘要 目的:对优秀男子曲棍球运动员在全运会赛前教赛中的运动负荷进行监控,以掌握运动员在全运会赛前的运动负荷特征,为我国男子曲棍球运动员赛前的训练监控提供实证参考。方法:选取22名广东省男子曲棍球队运动员,年龄25.00±2.45岁,运动等级健将以上,其中前锋9名、前卫7名、后卫6名。在七场教赛中佩戴集成全球定位系统及惯性传感器的可穿戴设备,采集每场比赛中各位置队员的每场四节、每节15分钟的运动负荷指标。对采集到的运动负荷指标进行统计学分析,其中不同位置队员之间以及每节之间采用单因素方差分析,最高负荷强度与比赛平均强度、每节内每5分钟时间节点的指标用配对t检验进行比较。结果:(1)第四节的每分钟Player Load、非线性动作时间占比、直线跑动时间占比低于第一节(P<0.05,P<0.01),走动时间占比高于第一节(P<0.01)。(2)节内第11分钟的高强度惯性动作分析(IMA)次数、中高强度IMA左右变向次数、Player Load、加减速次数、非线性动作时间占比等指标对比第1分钟,显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。(3)不同位置之间的运动负荷有明显差异:前锋的静止不动时间占比、走动时间占比低于后卫(P<0.01),其他各项指标除每分钟中高强度IMA前后变向次数以外都高于后卫(P<0.01);前卫的每分钟跑动距离、每分钟高速跑距离、每分钟高强度IMA次数、每分钟中高强度IMA次数、每分钟中高强度IMA前后变向次数和直线跑动时间占比高于后卫(P<0.05,P<0.01);前锋在每分钟跑动距离和每分钟高速跑距离上高于前卫(P<0.01),而前卫的每分钟中高强度IMA前后变向次数、每分钟中高强度IMA左右变向次数高于前锋(P<0.05)。(4)主要运动负荷指标的峰值高于比赛平均值(P<0.01)。结论:(1)中高强度IMA次数、中高强度IMA左右变向次数、Player Load、加减速次数、非线性动作时间占比等指标可作为判断 Objective To monitor the sport load of elite male field hockey players before the National Games,so as to grasp their condition of sports load and provide empirical reference for the future pre-game load monitoring in China.Methods Twenty-two male field hockey players,master athletes or above,from Guangdong Men’s Field Hockey Team were selected,consisting of 9 forwards,7 midfielders and 6 defenders,with an average age of 25.00±2.45 years old.They were asked to wear wearable devices with integrated global positioning system and inertial sensors in seven teaching games.Load variables of each position and quarter(15 minutes per quarter)were analyzed.One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the differences of players at different positions and quarters,and paired t-test was employed to analyze the maximal and the average game intensity,and differences of each variables at every 5-minute time points within the same quarter.Results(1)The player load per minute,non-linear movement time proportion and linear running time proportion in quarter 4 were significantly lower than quarter 1(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the walking time proportion was significantly higher than the first(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the 1^(st)minute,the number of high-intensity inertia motion analysis(IMA),the medium to high intensity left-right IMA count,player load,times of acceleration and deceleration,and the proportion of nonlinear action time in the 11^(th)minute of the quarter decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).(3)Significant differences were observed in the load among players at different positions,as the ratios of stationary time and walking time,as well as the time of front-back IMA of medium and high intensity of forwards were significantly lower than defenders,while the other variables were significantly higher than the latter(P<0.01).Moreover,the running distance per minute,high-speed running distance per minute,high-intensity IMA count per minute,medium to high intensity IMA count per minute,medium to high intensity forward-backward IMA count p
