摘要
目的:利用信息化手段简化流程,减少时间,减轻工作量,提升工作效率与质量。方法:按照《关于印发新冠病毒核酸10合1混采检测技术规范的通知》《新冠病毒核酸10合1混采检测技术规范》标准,与医院HR和LIS无缝融合,利用C/S架构,使用Farpoint Spread插件构建输出结果。结果:利用信息化手段优化烦琐的流程,有效提高了各科室的工作效率。结论:使用该系统后流程明显简化,前期准备和后期统计工作量明显减少,数据的准确性提升到100%,用最短的时间完成工作任务,使医护人员把更多时间留给为患者服务。
Objective:To simplify the process,reduce time and workload,and improve work efficiency and quality by information means.Methods:According to the Notice about Printing and Issuing Technical Specification of 10-in-1 Mixed Sampling Inspection of COVID-19 Nucleic Acid and the standard of Technical Specification of 10-in-1 Mixed Sampling Inspection of COVID-19 Nucleic Acid,it is seamlessly integrated with HR and LIS of the hospital.C/S framework and Farpoint Spread plug-in are used to build output results.Results:The optimization of the complex process by information means can effectively improve the work efficiency of each department.Conclusion:After using the system,the process is significantly simplified,the workload of preparation in the early stage and statistics in the late stage is significantly reduced,the accuracy of data is improved to 100%,and the work tasks are completed in the shortest time,so that medical staffs can leave more time to serve patients.
