摘要
采用多弧离子镀技术在钢基体上沉积了Ti SiN涂层,研究了N2流量对TiSiN涂层的表面形貌和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,随着N2流量的增加,涂层表面钛溶滴的颗粒数量减少,N2流量的升高增强了合金元素向界面扩散的能力,强化了界面,使涂层的硬度和结合强度得到改善。磨损试验表明,涂层的磨损失效机理由剥离磨损变为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。
The TiSiN coatings were deposited on the surface of steel by multi-arc ion plating method.The surface morphologie of the coatings were studied by the SEM.The results show that with the increase of N2 flow rate,the number of Ti droplet on the coating surface decreases,and the increase of N2 flow rate enhances the ability of alloy elements to diffuse to the interface,strengthens the interface,and improves the hardness and bonding strength of the coating.The wear test shows that the wear failure mechanism of the coating changes from peeling wear to abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
