泛剧场的文化实践:以“男耕女织”戏剧体验工作坊为例

摘要 泛剧场是一种特殊的文化教育方式,其通过情境的创造、张力的驱动、集体的交往、观演的合一,以及空间的创造等具体要素,将个人卷入戏剧实践,让他们有机会在戏剧实践中体验具体的文化情境,从而阐释文化。本研究关注的是个人如何在泛剧场的表征性空间中发展文化理解。本研究采用案例研究法,通过录影、参与者观察、戏剧习式收集数据。案例围绕“男耕女织”戏剧体验工作坊展开,工作坊以“耕织图”为主要材料,共邀请了60名在校大学生参与。主要的发现如下:第一,泛剧场激发了个人的空间创造能力。参与者能够在将图像空间化的过程中,发挥想象来探索图像中人物的人际关系、具体行动和背景故事,并用自己的语言(口头的、身体的)来重新表征图像的内容。第二,泛剧场唤醒了个人的身体–空间感知能力。参与者能够利用身体的触觉、视觉、动觉等多种知觉经验,以及文化经验与情感来重塑图像所表征的空间。第三,泛剧场发展了个人在剧场空间中的话语能力。参与者既能根据情境体验产生个性解读,又能在共同协定的意义框架内发展共性理解。在泛剧场中,参与者能够沉浸于文化文本,并进行体验、理解与反思,他们不是被动地接受某种文化文本内含的既定的意义,而是主动地对文化文本进行意义的再生产。 Para-theatre is an unique cultural education method.It engages individuals in drama practice through the creation of situations,tension-driven dynamics,collective interactions,unified observation and performance,and the creation of space.This allows participants to experience direct cultural encounters within the drama situations and thereby interpret culture.This study focuses on how individuals develop cultural understanding within the representational system of para-theatre.This study uses case study methodology,collecting data through video recording,participant observation,and drama-based exercises.The case revolves around the“Male Farming,Female Weaving”drama workshop.The workshop invited 60 university students to participate,using the traditional Chinese painting“Farming and Weaving”as the main material.The main findings are as follows.First,para-theatre stimulates the individual’s ability to create space.Participants are able to explore the interpersonal relationships,specific actions,and background stories of the characters in the image during the process of spatializing the image.They use their own language(both verbal and physical)to represent the content of the image.Second,para-theatre awakens the individual’s body recognition ability.Participants use various sensory experiences and cultural experiences such as touch,sight,and movement to interpret the image.Finally,para-theatre guides individuals in constructing discourses about images.Participants are able to develop a unique interpretation based on situational experiences,and a shared understanding within a jointly agreed-upon framework of meaning.Within the para-theatre,participants can immerse themselves in cultural texts,and experience,understand,and reflect on.They are not passively accepting a predetermined meaning inherent in a cultural text,but actively reproducing the meaning of the cultural text.
