摘要
介绍渣罐车几种典型的转向机构,对比分析了铰接式转向机构各自组成及特点。针对流量放大阀,转向器等转向系统核心元件,重点分析其在全液压流量放大转向系统中的具体工作原理。依据系统设计要求,归纳转向系统匹配参数的重要计算方法与要点,据此进一步提出转向系统一般性能评价指标。最后总结实践经验及应用现状,指出当前应用之不足,并展望未来转向技术发展之方向。
Several typical steering mechanisms for Slag Pot Carrier are introduced,and the respective components and characteristics of articulated steering mechanisms are compared and analyzed.Aiming at the core components of the steering system such as the flow amplifying valve and the steering gear,the specific working principle of the full hydraulic flow amplifying steering system is analyzed.According to the system design requirements,the important calculation methods and key points of steering system matching parameters are summarized,and the general performance evaluation index of steering system is further proposed accordingly.Finally,summarize the practical experience and application status,point out the shortcomings of the current application,and look forward to the direction of future technology development.
