摘要
主要介绍不锈钢引带重卷机组的方案设计,通过现场使用现状调研发现现有技术存在问题,现有引带卷在上料过程中以人工干预居多,且效率低下,缺少机械生产线的紧密度。同时发现准备机组的钢卷在没有开卷机的20辊冷轧机的可逆冷轧过程中,出现钢卷错层拉伤现象,及400系不锈钢冷轧卷在轧制过程中出现焊缝断裂造成堆钢现象。针对以上现象,本文进行问题分析,结合不锈钢材料的轧制机理,对准备机组和重卷机组的综合特性进行设计研究,分别从上料段工艺优化研究、开卷段合理设计、焊接段退火冷却、重卷段张力恒定及避免塔型,卸卷段智能自动等几个方面进行工艺方案探讨,制定研究路径并深入分析,进行工艺技术参数设定和不锈钢引带重卷机组的工艺布置。该机组的设计,为森吉米尔轧机工作的正常运转和提高产品成材率及品质保证做了铺垫,也为类似机组的设计研究提供一些思路。
This paper mainly introduces the scheme design of the stainless steel strip rewinding unit.Through the investigation of the current situation of field use,it is found that there are problems in the existing technology.The existing strip reel is mostly manual intervention in the feeding process,and the efficiency is low,and the tightness of the mechanical production line is lacking.At the same time,it was found that the staggered strain of steel coil occurred in the reversible cold rolling process of the 20 H cold rolling mill without uncoiler,and the weld fracture of the 400 series stainless steel cold rolling coil caused the steel piling phenomenon.In view of the above phenomenon,problem analysis,this paper combined with the rolling mechanism of stainless steel materials,the comprehensive characteristics of preparation unit and rewinding unit to carry on the design research,respectively from the feeding process optimization research,an open-book section of reasonable design,welding section of the annealing cooling and rewinding tension constant and avoid tower type,ejecting period of intelligent automatic processing plan,this paper discusses several aspects,such as,Develop research path and in-depth analysis,set technological parameters and process layout of stainless steel belt rewinding unit.The design of the unit lays a foundation for the normal operation of the Semjimir mill and the improvement of product yield and quality assurance,and also provides some ideas for the design and research of similar units.
