摘要
炼铁厂喷煤车间原煤仓堵煤发生频率非常高,本文结合了多个铁厂出现的堵煤现象,通过分析原煤在下落过程中的受力变化,浅谈常规煤种堵煤原因,为避免堵煤现象的发生,从原煤仓设备设计的角度进行技术优化,改进原煤仓结构、内衬材料、出口方式、清堵手段等多个方面,进而有效解决原煤仓堵煤问题,确保喷煤系统的稳定运行,可为同类问题提供有效的参考。
The frequency of coal blockage in raw coal bunker of coal injection workshop in ironmaking plant is very high.This paper combines the coal blockage phenomenon in many iron plants,analyzes the stress change of raw coal in the falling process,and discusses the causes of coal blockage of conventional coal.In order to avoid the occurrence of coal blockage,technical optimization is carried out from the perspective of raw coal bunker equipment design,and the raw coal bunker structure,lining materials,export mode,blocking removal means and other aspects are improved,Then effectively solve the problem of coal blockage in raw coal bunker and ensure the stable operation of coal injection system,which can provide an effective reference for similar problems.
