摘要
目的:应用盆底三维超声评估壮药产康洗剂对初产妇盆底功能影响作用。方法:选择80例产科分娩初产妇,分为对照组与治疗组各40例,分别采用盆底肌康复训练及在此基础上联合壮药产康洗剂治疗,运用三维超声观察静息、张力状态下产妇的盆膈裂孔结构(面积、长径、横径)情况。结果:观察组产妇静息下盆膈裂孔各结构指标在静息、张力状态均显著小于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盆底肌训练联合壮药产康洗剂对初产妇盆底结构改善更加显著,有益于初产妇产后康复。
Objective:to evaluate the effect of zhuangyao chankang lotion on the pelvic floor function of primiparous parturients by pelvic floor three-dimensional ultrasound.Methods:A total of 80 primiparous parturients undergoing obstetric delivery were divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group.The pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training and the combined treatment with Zhuang medicine Chankang Lotion on this basis were adopted respectively.The structures(area,long diameter and transverse diameter)of pelvic hiatus of parturients under static and tension conditions were observed by three-dimensional ultrasound.Results:The structural indicators of pelvic hiatus in resting state and tension state of parturients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor muscle training combined with Chankang lotion,a strong medicine,can significantly improve the pelvic floor structure of primiparous women and is beneficial to their postpartum rehabilitation.
